After confirming all the details, we will calculate the production cycle. If our production is delayed, one percent of the total order amount will be deducted if there is no delivery for one week delay, and two percent of the total order amount will be deducted for two weeks delay.

4 steps to prevent fabric fading:
1. Directly customize fabrics with high color fastness to fabric factories (with MOQ requirements)
2. Detergent hand wash test
3. High temperature soak test (will soak for at least one night)
4. Professional institutions test and obtain test reports
We will continue to update all the program progress during the production process, of course you can request video updates or photos at any time (Purchase fabric-fabric arrival-design pattern-cutting-sewing-printing/embroidery-opening button holes-sewing buttons-finishing sewing-update video photo confirmation-shipping-confirm whether received).
