Our OEM service requires a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 100 pcs per color per style. To initiate production, please submit a Tech pack containing your design sketch, material specifications, preferred colors, workmanship instructions, size charts, logo/embroidery details, and packaging requirements.

The lead time for custom logos is 7 to 15 days. You will need to provide the artwork layout for your logo, heat transfer printing, labels, hangtags, or polybags, and our production facility will handle the rest.

- RTS (Ready-to-Ship) or in-stock orders: MOQ is 1 piece.
- Custom logo orders (with logo setup fees paid): MOQ is 1 piece.
- Full OEM production orders: MOQ is 100 pieces per color per style.

3. Upon approval, we issue the contract/Proforma Invoice (PI).
4. Once payment is confirmed, production is initiated immediately.

- Step 4: Batch production begins.
- Step 5: Regular progress updates are shared.
- Step 6: Completion of production and final quality checks.
- Step 7: Verification through batch pictures and settlement of the remaining balance.
- Step 8: Product shipping and tracking number distribution.
- Step 9: Logistics tracking to ensure safe arrival.
- Step 10: Client feedback collection for future improvements.

We utilize high-quality natural fibers such as standard Cotton, premium Egyptian Cotton, and Pima Cotton. We also employ synthetic fibers like Polyester, Nylon, Spandex/Elastane (for stretch), and Acrylic (typically used for thermal and soft outerwear).
