Simply submit your tech pack (including sketch, material specifications, color details, workmanship instructions, size charts, logo/embroidery layout, and packaging specs). Our team will manage product development and bulk manufacturing from start to finish. Standard OEM MOQ is 100 pcs per color/style.
What are the options for logo customization?
We offer customized print styles (including screen print and heat transfer), custom tags, labels, and branded polybag layouts. The average processing time for custom branding setup is 7–15 days.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ adapts to your needs: RTS/in-stock styles require only 1 pc. Custom-branded designs (with standard setup fees) also start from 1 pc. Full OEM/ODM custom developments have a minimum requirement of 100 pcs per color/style.
How do I place an order?
To start, send an inquiry and discuss requirements with our sales staff. Once terms and pricing are accepted, we will generate a PI/Contract for payment validation. Production begins immediately after verification of deposit.
What is the step-by-step process for bulk orders?
1) Confirm design details (materials, sizing, art). 2) Settle the deposit. 3) Approve sample layout or product photo mockups. 4) Start mass manufacturing. 5) Receive manufacturing progress updates. 6) Complete QA controls. 7) Inspect batch photos and clear the remaining balance. 8) Ship out cargo and receive tracking information. 9) Follow up delivery logs. 10) Share your post-sale feedback.
